If you were tired of getting bigger why didn't you try to bodybuild, and cut the fat?

You had the muscle, and if you cut down a bit you'd been ripped.

Yeah i know, the thing is i didn't like the traps and the big neck....is was sort of gross.

Should have stopped training traps then. Didn't mean you had to cut everything out.

My current goals right now are to get lean, nothing special really.
On my blog i will put up pics weekly to see how the results are going, my goal is to get lean in 3 months.No supplements, no gym, just all natural.

It sounds boring i guess, but i have done 4 body transformation in less than 5 years.
From really fat in 8th grade, then anorexic, then huge powerlfiter, later on out of shape again. And now i want to just get into fitness.

Get the sleep in. Get the stretching in. Take cod liver oil. Maybe drink milk.

That won't MAKE you grow. But should help.

Yeah, i am drinking milk now- before i didn't used to. And i stretch a lot,etc.
Omg . Didnt take long to get that big then did you and size down. Proves you can control your body and what you eat. Nice one mate.

True, i always told myself the body is like clay.

No! But my friends always told me to do it!!!
The guy who was top on the team said i had a " Bulls neck" and that it would "be hard to mess with you" hahaha he said i would do good in the sport, i just never liked it i guess, could be because of the those thight little suits they give you lol.

ohh yeah i loved it.
You have no idea how it feels pressing that when your 16. You literally feel like you are on steroids...when i barely just took protein and creatine lol.
I had like half the guys looking, one stepped closer to spot me, i bet since he had his arms out. That was nice of him, but once i finished the lift, they turned around. I was making a face of someone that was being being burnt alive haha and i could barely breathe but i made it! And my mom was like, You are ^^^^ing crazy.lol

HAHA it was funny, it was like they thought i was some adult in a kids body or something.Definetly good times.

That's why i stopped, people thought i was on steroids .lol.
And i was getting too big for my size.

The doctor said by now i was suppose to be 5'8 or more, but because i lifted too heavy and didn't drink milk - i may have delayed my growth :(
He says i have to wait until 21 to see if i grow more.
3 years away, hopfully i do grow taller.

The fact that your doctor said that you not drinking milk delayed your growth right there sorta proves that he doesn't know what hes talking about when it comes to weight lifting and its effect on the body.

Milk is over hyped and is def. not the best source of calcium unless your getting milk from grass-fed cows that aren't injected with hormones. A lot of the calcium from these corn-fed cows do not get absorbed properly.

Kind of gets me thinking since i was big for my age, maybe that could be it?
Eitherway, i spoke with my doc today and he says he is certain i have until 19-20 to grow 1-3 inches. So that's good news.
 
Heyup looks like I have some trouble on my hands, better go easy on the tacos tonight dont wanna be heavy for the fight!
