28% bf to 11% bf in 3.5 months

absolutely fantastic, you should be proud of yourself, there are millions of people out there trying to do what you have just done, its a big achievement thats a huge drop in bf over a short space of time and looks like you have kept most of you lean mass. i am half way there at the moment. I dropped from 303lbs (mostly fat) to 237lbs 22% bf and thats taken me the best part of a year. HIIT and good diet cant resist a few bevvies on a saturday night tho, i'm only human!

wow this seems to be doing its rounds on all the fitness forums on the net!

you see it on other forums? i kinda figure the purpose is spam.

I hear you about only being human. I, too, eat/drink off plan sometimes. It's all about doing the right thing consistantly. If you are doing that, you can't help but to lose. Good job on your progress man. That's great!

Scotty

Hey Scotty, When you first started your program, you were really low carb, did your head hurt because of that? I tried low carb one day, had a good amount of protein, but my head was pounding, did you experience anything like that? It might have been I was too low on calories, but if that's the case, I'm gonna try it again. 28 to 11.%, I would love to be able to do that, since I'm at about 27% myself. Awesome progress, keep it up.

I agree with you on that

Nope. the purpose is just to gloat your achievements. It took a lot of dedication to do what he did, and anyone would want to "gloat" to show off their accomplishments. Nothing wrong with that. If you think it's spam, oh well.

man, this guy wasn't 28% body fat when he started..

Right??! He looks more like somewhere between 12-18% Not very fat at all IMO.

He lost 15lbs before he actually started taking pictures.
This is when he was 28%

And no, he isn't anywhere near 12%. Even in that picture he was in low 20's or high teens.

Nope..

He's got a website. He's making money out of it..
So... more viewers = more money. That's just the way business goes.

He came to this forum and started to nicely spam to get more views to his website.
This guy isn't active at all on this forum. He just made few posts bragging about his website. He's done the same things on other forums as well, gone from forum to forum to post this.
This is a big forum.. imagine how many hits he'll get to his website just from this forum... Good way to advertise himself.

How's he making money out of his website?
It's just one giant training and nutritional blog.
I don't see him selling or advertising anything.
Who cares if he wants to advertise himself, he deserves it.

I want to use this blog as a weight loss (and then muscle gain) diary. I hope this will inspire someone out there to lose weight and/or gain muscle. Hopefully, they will see this and say, "If he can do it, I can too!" We all desire to be in great shape but most never realize their dreams. Why is this? Most people have come to believe that it is impossible to attain their dream body but I hope to show them that it is not. Follow me as I attempt to completely transform my body

Well. look more carefully, the page is loaded with Google ads.
Look on the page, you'll see a few black boxes which at the bottom right corner say "Ads by google", and believe me, with those ads alone you can make plenty of money.
I'm telling you because I earn money online by doing something similar, but the difference is that I don't spam.. I'm legit.
