Hey, my shoulder has been hurting after one of my chest days, it was either on the bench press or pec fly's or both... but it's been causing me trouble for about 3 weeks.
It feels like there is a bone out of place or something... like here is an example.
I raise my arm to the side (hurts even without weight) and then I slowly lower it down, and there is this bone or something that is rubbing against something and causing a lot of pain, then eventually it pops up, hurts a lot, then I can lower my arm all the way.
I do shrugs and I shrug the weight up, when I lower it that same bone pops..
It hurts like crazy to do a full shoulder press or to get the initial rep on a DB bench press... I haven't even tried any BB bench presses since then..
What could this be?
