I lift moderate weights (free + machines) during my full body workout sessions thrice a week. I started in September 2006 and have been mostly regular with it. I do cardio twice a week (SLD on treadmill).
Since last month, I started noticing dark blue/green blood veins showing up in bicep/elbow area. I searched and found it is mostly due to loosing fat in this area. So it is not an issue. My co-worker, who is PHD in biomechanical told me that this is actually happening because the load is breaking 'capillaries' in the veins which is bad in long run.
Any suggestions or experiences?
