Yea im going to cut carbs very soon, im probably getting between 300-400g a day at the moment. I wanna go down to around 200 max. Im also always looking to up my protein intake, which im successfully doing lately![]()
Iv only been eating plenty of carbs to put weight on whilst bulking, plus they are good for energy! On my nest bulk ill eat even more carbs which i have been doing!![]()
