Damn, I've been going 2-3 months before taking a few days or maybe a week off. It's only been a few weeks now since my last break, but I'm already getting that familiar fatigued feeling and tight muscles that tells me it's time.
Has that ever happened to you? I don't think I'm getting sick. I've been eating a surplus lately for the first time in a long time and made some really good gains...maybe the extra intensity in the gym is catching up with me
