Need Help

hi im 16 and have been working out consistently for about a year now..

ive experienced alot of gains in size and strength but now i have hit a PLATEAU...ive been trying to work through it for a good month now but still have had no gains. ive even tried taking a week off and changing up my routine... any advice would be appreciated. thanks
 
the thing that has the most effect on any process in your body is your diet so try eating more but make sure your eating the right stuff, is your diet good?

If you want a more refined and concise answer be more specific about your routine (sets, reps, and types of exercises) and diet for the past 30 days (including the rest periods).

Do you have a general idea (in calories) what your Maintenance Line is? Do you realize that you should have a reasonable surplus to gain some quality mass (post--"new to weight training gains")? How long have you been training PRIOR to the 30 days you reference? Have you developed a routine that is progressive in nature?

In addition, when you say you plateaued do you mean in muscle growth/strength and/or within your exercise routine (stuck at the same reps, or stuck at a point of movement within a rep, etc)?
