need help with weight training

Is there any way to lower bf% while gaining muscle at the same time? I've already tried to cut down my cardio from every day to 3 days a week for about a month now, the intensity is pretty hard but I'm tryin to lose the last bit of fat on my abs and at the same time gain some weight. Should I just concentrate on one at a time?
 
It is possible but very difficult. It is generally much better and more efficient to choose one at a time.

If you are new to lifting then losing fat while gaining muscle is common.

I have read some other posts regarding this matter and most common response was to gain some muscle and then worry about the fat because the more muscle you build the more efficient your cardio workouts will be but what is the best way to gain the muscle without gaining extra fat. My diet is pretty good, right now probably a little to much sugar but I eat a lot of whole grain products fruits and veggies because of my cardio workouts to maintain a 250 calorie deficit I eat about 2750 calories a day. Any suggestions

u need to be in a surplus, and to minimize gains you can do some cardio but stay in the surplus, not have such a large surplus i.e maybe 300 over, and eat clean.

those are 3 ways, im sure there are more.

If you want to try and achieve some significant results with respect to each of those 2 goals - i.e adding muscle mass & shredding fat - then yes, I would do just that....focus on one goal at a time.
