I have type one diabeties and weight 17 stone but apparently I dont look anywhere near that.
Im trying to loose weight and tone up and get a few muscles (hehe) but I dont want to be the size of a body builder.
At the moment ive cut out chocolate and replacing things like sweet foods with fruit and rivitas etc.
Im going to the gym 3 times a week but im doing one thing wrong. Working my muscles to hard and the fat is being replaced with muscle but im putting on weight
Any tips???
