I want to schedule 2 days of cardio and 2 of weight training for every week, but I can't use Friday or Saturday (soccer games). I could use the remaining 5 days to do cardio and weight training but i'm worried that won't allow for enough time of rest for my body, please help!!!
What sort of cardio do you do ?
Do you do it in the a.m. or p.m ?
What time do your soccer games start on Friday ? on Saturday ?
The cardio is just running and it's in the afternoon around 3 or 4 pm.
And the soccer games are at night, earliest at 6pm.
Is it steady state running ( and if so ....for how many minutes ) ?
Or is it HIIT involving running ?
It's just steady running, I run for 3 laps and walk for 1 (8 laps=1 mile) and this week I'm going to try to run 2.5 miles. I expect it'l take me around 25 minutes or so.
