So far so good

Ok like I said so far so good. I did my cardio just a few minutes ago I'm just about to shower(you probably didnt need to know that) and I got Hung Gar later on tonight. They'll work me there they always do. I can feel myself getting better at this I know I can do it.

About last nights post, I just needed to vent which really didn't solve anything. I tend to do that sometimes and besides one bad day of eating won't effect a whole weeks worth of training right? As long as I'm 90% correct (it would be better to be 100% percent but I guess it happens to the best of us).

I just hope today goes better then it did yesterday.

You may want to consider creating a journal. This way you can ask additional questions, post your diet and training, keep a log of thoughts, etc.

A lot of persons view these logs, and it could assist you, possibly, in allot of ways!

This way you will not have to create new threads. Just a thought for the young man
