Embarrassing Fat

Hello
just wondering if anybody could give me some advice on lossing fat which wont go away.

Well im 16, average height i regulary play sports(soccer) and Weight 75Kg

i can handle a lot like i dont really ever stop running so im pretty fit(i think) .. now this is what i cant work out .. i have these man boobs and a gut ... now75kg might (im not sure ) sound light to yous , and i dont want to get anorexic just slim down .. i would like to get away from the weight training as i dont want to bulk up

now i hear that i have some waked up hormones that cause the man boobs for over the years iv got teased just to much its time to take action .. :boxing_smiley:

Your gonna need to do weight training mate, even if you don't wanna be all bulked up as such it is necessary

Interval Training - These types of exercises can help you get rid of man boobs because they're designed to give your metabolism a super lift, and really start burning body fat fast. You say you want to stay away from weight training because you don't want to bulk up? Let me tell you a little secret...

Lifting weights does not cause you to bulk up!

Eating lots of food causes you to bulk up!

If you lift weights and eat heavy, you will gain weight. If you lift weights and eat light, you will lose weight. If you lift weights and eat medium, you will more or less neither lose nor gain weight.

I hope you've realized by now that gaining, losing, or maining weight is all about eating!

You say you want to lose weight? You need to consume less calories than you expend during the day. How do you do this? Either more exercise, less food, or, preferrably, both.

It is interesting that you say that. For quite some time I've felt strongly that I have to eat very little and work-out like mad to make moderate progress. In short, it just seems like I have to work 5x harder then the average person to get results. I was referred by doctor friends to a speicalized doctor.

This particular doctor epxlained that hormones out-of-whack can cause this problem where fat-loss is particuarly (or insanely) difficult. One of the interesting conditions is the man-boob presentation. The solution is a certain hormone cream applied to the shoulders/neck every day. I don't have too many details about it, but ther other doctor friends tell me not to play with it: when you take hormones they can cause things to happen: tumors that might otherwise not grow can start to grow! In the end, I just don't like to mess with drugs, probably the reason I never followed so many school friends into their narcotic world of fun.

Anyways, we're each given bodies and have to play the cards we're dealt. The man-boobs are made of fat, and a leaner body means less fat. My experience is that you can do lots of chest exercise, but all that does is put more muscle behind the moob's. The answer is purely & simply less fat, achieved by simple means: eat less, move more.

As a long-shot, there is a certain method of almost-like liposuction where they inject some stuff into the fat area and it causes the fat to essentially dissolve. I've met a woman who swears by it, but I figure I'd use diet & exercise to it's full potential before delving into that option.

If you're a bit chubby, lose weight. If you've lost weight, are down to 11% body-fat and still have the moobs...and it bothers you...then look towards the alternative mentioned above.

hmmm, two posts evar, and both claim this 'vibe 70' thing is damn near magical.

I think I'm gonna work some magick of my own...
 
I once dated a school teacher who owned a Vibe 70...she eventually upgraded to the Vibe 90 and eventually the Vibe 110. She used it often & frequently, she always found a way to slip it into her daily schedule.

At first it was tough to fit it into her schedule, but over time she was able to accomodate it. She'd just pump away for hours and hours.

there are loads of murderous bodyweight circuits you can do , somthing like

20 burpees
20 mountain jumpers
20 chinnies
rest + repeat

loads of variants ,esp if you put a sandbag / dumbell type thing in the mix

you dont need a gym to get strong , fit and toned , just big old balls and epic willpower.


losing weight is tough ,especially the stubborn stuff around the chest / belly - thats the last place it goes on me too , so extra time in the 'zone of terror' and perceverance
