I tried googeling "lactate" and I got up a lot of info on Lactate threashold, and lactic acid.. what's the connection there..

Power day

7x3 143 (the next to last set I failed the second rep first due to technique, then I took 2 more afer that, so it was. 1 fail 2 3)

These were a lot faster than before and for the bunch of tripples I had a 11 lbs increase from last time.
Filmed one of the sets:

On the video it looks like my lower back is flexed, however, it didn't feel like this at all during the lift (I usually feel it if my lower back isn't flexed) could it be that the anlge or something else makes it look bad? Regardless, it does look like I need to be more tight in my core. One good thing is that it's more explosive than before.
B2 Hang clean high pull

about 5 lbs up from last time. I don't expect the assistance lifts here to progress as much as the main lifts, aslong as the power snatch and power clean are increasing, I'm happy.

C1 Speed bench
8x4 110
Same weight as last time, but better speed. I'll up the weight next time according to how much my bench progresses

C2 45 degree back extension

C2.2 Wide bent over row to low abs

1x6 154 (bad rom on last rep)
No increase from last time here. I think I need to change my focus here to some different exercises

Note: C2.2 means I first did supersets of C1 and C2, but since C1 has 8 sets and C2 4 I did C2.2 for the remaining 4 of the C1 sets

D1 High cable side bends

Shoulder stability is way up here, it's barely a problem anymore

Im even more surprised no one is paying any attention to him. If that happened in a commercial gym here in SoCal I guarentee people would be staring at him and thinking "wtf is that retard doing?"
 
A guy I go to school with and sometimes train with recorded.

I'll try to get a clean high pull session recorded, why? You shouldn't really look at me for form, as I'm sure I've got a coupple of mistakes ;)
