Sweting for pimples.

Is it true that sweating cleans the pores in your skin and makes pimples les worse? I been using the stuff the doctor has prescribed for me and it kinda works every couple days really well but then the next day what was wanting to come out but hasent been able to gets together and just mass rapes my face:( I run out of the antibiotics in 2 days and the cream probably tonight so i am going to go back and get the referral to use acutane like he sead if this dident work.

No it doesnt, if anything it increasings clogging and spreads bacteria.

Looks like roaccutane will be really good for you, i know ppl whove had it ive even ha dit myself

The sauna always helped me. If you sweat a little, its very oily, but after a while the sweat comes out as almost pure water and helps to clear the skin.

I should say though, that I never had severe acne, just moderate.

quick rundown:
- heat opens your pores & sweat will *help flush the pores, but only a bit
- the sun seems to help the most, but i've talked to a few doctors and dermitologists and they all say that it works for different reasons ...

- accutane ... rocks! it's very hard on your skin while you are on it ... your lips will be achingly dry for the duration. it will also play with your emotions ... don't matter how *tough you are ... but, it works. and, as a for-thought ... if you do take it, you won't really see the improvements while you are on it ... it's a long term thing. it'll slow down the production of acne and, over time, you will barely get any ... it's not something that is instant, but i'd say within a couple months of being off it and you will be good :)

In my experience sweat just made things worse. I was very conscious of cleaning my face after sweating.

Also, roaccutane really depleted my energy systems so this could also effect your training. Not sure whether this is a common side effect or not.

Yeah the lump was some hormone thing and he changed my antibiotics to some other one but kept the same gel thing i am using...hope this stuff is better

Yes. Up to 15% of sufferers find their acne flares up when they have been sweating a lot. This is probably due to water swelling the partial hair duct obstruction causing a complete blockage and therefore inflammation.
