what is the right way to lean out the belly fat from the holidays?

what is the right way to lean out the belly fat from the holidays without losing the muscles you gained before that? diet-wise and routinewise...

should i cut down calorie intake on my post workout meal too??
 
i made sure that I cardio a bit everyday dutring the xmas week. my gains were still good and i didnt put any excess fat. you can do a little bit of cardio everyday if you were bulking. but a bit.

You mean you were lean before the holidays and now you only gained belly fat from the holidays? Now that's something.

i didnt mean i suddenly got really fat litterally.. its just that i didnt workout regularly during the holidays..
