I have been heavy set all my life and a few weeks ago I weighed myself in at a grand total of 333lbs and I just don't want to live like my father does. So I started the next day ate close to nothing figuring my calorie intake was about 500-1500 at that time and i was doing 1ish hours or strenuous exercise I was worn down and tired, but after 2 weeks I had lost 18lbs going to 315 ( current weight ) the results where good but my attitude about the whole thing was negative and I didn't feel any better.
I figured I needed to be eating more so I uped my calorie intake to 1500-2000. My two questions here is what would a good work out be for some one like me? I have acess to a stair master treadmill and a bike. And also diet. I am 20 6'1" and 315lbs.
