joint problems

i am 16. i have been working out for about 2 years. recently when i do any strenuous activity i feel pain in my joints as opposed to my muscles to the point i have to discontinue my workout. i m not overworking and i only workout 3 or 4 days a week. does anyone have any idea of what it might be weather its worn joints or just a horomonal thing.

Might have something to do with muscles becoming dominant over the still growing bones, or else it could be bad form? which joints are you specifically reffering to anyway?

all i drink is water and tea
im an extreme health freak
i fight mma plat soccer and climb and ive never had a problem
my elbows knees rotators in my legs and soulders

Hate to break it to you, but that kind of continuous joint pain is a sign that you need to ease up and back off the training. Granted just about all high school sports include an in-depth strength training program these days, young athletes face the danger of overtraining occurring far sooner than it would occur in adults due to a myriad of factors, most of which revolve around the fact that a prior to the age of 18, a person's body is not fully developed.
