check this out!!!!!!

Ok, so i have been having trouble with my deadlifts. I can do triples of 345, then I go for singles like 355, and 365, then it got really bad on my lower back I could never even get up too much past that. When I tryed 380 a few weeks ago, i couldnt even lock out and it ripped a calus off my hand. And I do not use a belt.

Then reciently I have been working on keeping my lower back straight with everything like bent over rows, and stuff, and I wanted to work on my deadlifts today, ONLY, and use a belt.

So instead of doing a lower day, I did a deadlift day, and worked on all the form things that I have read, keeping chest up, not squatting it up, using a belt, shoulders back, ... so I did this workout...

135x8
225x3
275x2
(started using belt)
275x2
315x2
345x1
365x1
385x1
395x1
400x1

I was freaking amazed.... Is this normal? 385 and 395 felt SOOO easy!!! it was crazy, then I went for 400, and got it, my legs kinda shook a little bit, but got it right up. Is this normal? i couldnt believe it.

i beleive this happened because the belt. You bent your lower back during the high weights but the belt did not make you feel the bend. Therefore, you did it but i believe not with perfect form.
