New to this sight. I need advice...

Right now I have been working out for a little over a year. I am 5'10" 210lbs.

I have decided to cut because I have been bulking this whole time.

My routine consists of a 12, 10, 8, 12 pyramid.

Monday legs
Tuesday chest
Wed- off
Thursday back
Friday shoulders and arms

I have (just last week) started to use the cardio machines in the gym for 20 minutes after each workout session. What else would be a good idea for me to use to speed up the cutting process?

All help will be appriciated.

is your user name really "Jesus Juice 007?" jjjajajajajahahahhaahaghaha

might want to look into a Full Body Workout. 3 heavy compounds along with a deficit diet is good for a cut. Probably like

5x5
Dead
Superset:
Bench
BO Row

5x5
Squat
Superset:
Military
Chinups

5x5
Bulg Squats
1 set Drop Set pushups
1x5 Db Row
1 set dips (as many as you can)
1 set pullups as many as you can

Welcome to the forum! I wish you the best in all that you want to do.

To add to Dave's good post: Have you looked at your diet yet? You are planning to cut and the cutting comes through the diet.

1. You have to look to see what your calorie needs are (Maintenance Line)

2. Then develop an appropriate calorie deficit.

Best wishes in all that you set out to do.

some advice- its "site" not "sight" :)

Follow AZN_Dave workout for a while
Do Chillens suggestions on the diet

And read all the nutrition/weight training stickies. That should help.
