bodybuilding contest

The only pussy here is you being the one to call people names behind a computer screen.

There was absolutely no malice intended in my post. It was sarcasm and now you're just being a hypocrite

I'd bet this would not be the case if you were in front of myself or mreik.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

I don't post pictures because im not into the "Hey everyone look how big my muscles are" type of guy....

Fair enough...This is all you had to say.

......so I suggest that in the future that if you don't know anything about a person that it's best to just keep your mouth shut.

This entire forum is based on people giving advice to complete strangers! Are you suggesting that this should cease for all members? I think you overreacted just a little

Lastly i'd like to apologise to you and Mreik if you thought that i was being an arsehole to you...Sorry mate.

I would find it hard to keep myself from being like that since ive been skinny all my life but see i wana be so big that i dont have to take my shirt of for muscles to show :) and be like yeahhhh bitches look at me now! :SaiyanSmilie_anim: haha:yelrotflmao:

And it dident seem like streamline was being sarcastic but as if he would be for real when you and mreik are the biggest people on the forum and have been here for ages.

haha, actually i was having a go! But with good intent of course...LV and i have had a couple of minor run ins in the past so i don't blame him for reacting that way...But not taking the chance to show up the likes of Tony, Stroutman, Evolution and that big 7 foot roided up pro wrestler/actor? C'mon!

Yes, we have had a few run in's in the past and that maybe the reason I took offense to your post.

Sometimes it may be hard to read into what someone means by what they type here on these forums however if the intent was not to offend then I apologize.

It's all good.

Sweet as mate, although i don't think it will be the last time we have a little episode...(is that a good thing or a bad thing?) Ah well, we're cool for now though.

Now, back to the topic, hehehe. There are so many parts to a contest; training, dieting, tanning, posing/routine, prejudging, evening show etc. Let us know specifically what you are wanting to know and someone can answer it.

If you are wanting to compete in a contest, go watch some beforehand so you will know what to expect. Be sure to go to both the prejudging (usually in the morning) and the evening show. There is a lot more that goes on than just the evening show.

Good luck, Greg

I was in the AAU Mr. Texas in 1977. They had 3 divisions, teen, novice and open. I placed 11th in the novice division, which isn't all that good except there were 40 competitors in that division, so I guess I beat out 28 other dudes. I was only 167 pounds at the time and my thighs were way under sized. Two days later, after going off my diet, I was 182 and looked a lot better. If I had carbed up the day before I probably could have gone in a lot fuller looking and placed a little better. Live and learn!

As I recall they had a pre-judging session in the afternoon and then only invited 15 contestants out of the 40 to come back for the finals in the evening. My girlfriend at the time and a good friend of mine's girlfriend came to the evening session and cheered me on. That was nice to have someone in the audience cheering for you.
