would i put the deadlift in my upper or lower body workout?
why does it make sence muscle wise to put it on upper? Sure, it works the traps, forearms, etc, but much more the hams, glutes and lower back.
And the squat thing for you is more an individual thing.
I'd like to see your deadlift if thats the case
