Went on the scale today, lost 0.8lbs : 282.0
 
I get that sometimes, too. For me it often helps to just start writing about it randomly. After a while (part of) the solution often comes through.
 
Are you sleeping well? Often sheer tiredness has me feeling very low & then after I get a good night's sleep I bounce back.

I feel like I never get enough sleep and then I have to have coffee to be able to work..I hate this dynamic.
 
Well I lost more weight. I am at 281.6. I thought I would not lose anything. Instead of having fruits for dinner I've been having doughnuts..sometimes one but mostly two. My problem is I want pears and apples but can't prepare them from the night before and I don't want to treat them with lemon.

I can't wait to get to 277. I weighed myself tonight because I was feeling fat although it looks to me as if I'm losing weight. I need to check how many pounds I have lost so far this week.
 
Maybe a stupid question but why do you need to prep apples and pears? I don´t like using lemon juice on apples either but I only cut them up when I´m making compôte or something. Otherwise I just eat them whole. I read somewhere to not use pure lemon juice, by the way, but to squeeze a lemon into a bowl of cold water and dip your apple pieces in there to avoid getting too much lemon flavor on them while still having the effect.
 
I found a solution...pre-cut apple slices with no skin. Bought 4 bags today. Scale didn't budge from 281.6.

Nice solution--it's good to make the healthy food as easy/accessible as the junky food--I'm going through a similar issue trying to figure out how to make the veggies easier to fit with my lazy ways in the kitchen! I don't really like cutting into any veggies or fruits ahead of time but I may need to do that.

Agreed. I feel guilty when I choose convenience but if it helps us make healthier choices convenience is a good thing!

Thank you, Liza. I buy baby carrots so I don't have to cut or skin them. I was buying cherry tomatoes so I wouldn't have to cut the tomatoes but the last ones I bought had such tough skin and I haven't been back to Walmart where they have the better one. Just sharing what helps me with veggies.
 
Today I ate mostly raw vegan but I was feeling so sick I had crackers and soup for dinner. Feeling better now.
