This is a journey down a long road - and I find it cheers me up to notice the milestones I pass along the way. I have a page set out with every single short-term future milestone noted - I don't even want to think about the long-term, in case I get discouraged, but it's there in the back of my mind.
Right now, I've just achieved a goal - I'm out of the 190's Club! And I'm looking eagerly towards my next one: if I can lose just five more pounds I'll be the lightest I've been all century!!
