i've started working out 3 months ago, mostly because i noticed that my sister looked bigger then I did. ><
Im one of those persons thats been really skinny his whole life, ( Im 22 now, 5.95 Feet tall and 132 pounds). My "% fat" got measured last year, and i had 5.2%, which is to low to be even healthy
I can clearly see im getting leaner, even my family started to notice, and im proud of it ! But i also started to notice ill need some fat to fill up the places i cant with muscle.
i've gained about 4 pounds of fat, which all went straight to my belly, by eating a hell of a lot more and stopping sports.
So my questions now are:
1. Is it normal that all the fat you gain in the beginning (first 2/3 months) goes straight to your underbelly? i was hoping it would spread a bit more over my body.
2. Is their way i could gain some more fat faster? It feels like my body burns 1500 calories each time i scratch my butt. And the whole "eating everytime all the time" doesnt really work for me
3. You guys point a healthy food with proteins to make sure your body gets what it needs when working out. But on the other hand ive started to think i need to eat as much junkfood as possible to gain the fat i want......
Thanks in advance
