Motivation for Transformation

Hello, guys! My name is Alex and I have joined this forum to surround myself with others who share my goals! I’m hoping that we all lift each other up with motivation for transformation.
Right now, I weigh 155 and the ultimate weight goal is around 130 to 135. Eventually, I want to earn my dream body through lifting and a high volume diet. But right now, it’s taking baby steps!

Agree with cate - you don't have far to go at all! What's your plan?

Thank you! The plan right now is to really control what I’m eating: getting rid of processed sugars, reducing carbs and increasing protein. I am working to eating more plant-based foods along with chicken and fish. Also, I am beginning to do core workouts at home. Getting moving is my baby step right now.
