I have totally been struggling with the weight loss lately – I lost a bit of kg, then regained, then lost again, then regained... urggghhh
I should restart writing a weight loss diary.
Short intro: Female, 33 years old, 1.71 m (5’7) and at the moment my weight is 86.5 kg (190.3 lbs), living in Europe, and vegetarian since the age of 6. The long term goal is 64 kg (141 lbs), total weight loss of 22.5 kg (49.3 lbs)! Yikes!!
Why I start again? The other day I have been making inventory of my clothes, getting rid of the old stuff or the stuff I do not like anymore. I found out that I have sooooo many nice clothes which do not fit me anymore! All my summer clothes are all at least 1-2 size smaller than I need right now. Winter clothes fit though. I decided to do the following – if in a year (October 11, 2017) from now, these clothes will not fit me, I will get rid of them all!!!! (which I do not want as I have some really good items) Otherwise for 2-3 years I am trying to fit in those clothes again, but actually doing nothing serious about losing the weight permanently.
My short term-goal is to lose 4.5 kg (9.9 lbs) till 11.November (in 30 days). Maybe a bit too many kilos, but considering that it is the first month, it is doable.
So, here I go again.
Kcal: around 1400-1600 kcal a day.
Gym: at least 4 times a week.
10,000 steps daily.
