From alpha testing to the QUERCUS 200

Hi Chef! Confusingly large amount sounds appropriate for pizza. Remember, they're all personal pizzas if try hard enough and believe in yourself!

No scale, increased my run and ride, but not a good weekend for food. I'm ramping my run up each day to a 5K and my cycling for a 10K by this weekend. We've agreed on buying no processed foods. I would have eaten more over the weekend, but I cut blanks and carved mostly spoons this weekend. 4 spoons, a small dish, and the begining of a raven skull in the past week. I also dropped a log on my foot, but it's just a bit swollen and bruised so I can run and bike.
 
Please shows pics of the skull once it´s done! O, and don´t hurt your feet if at all possible. You´ll be needing them when the zombie apocalypse comes.
Also: you´re upping your running and biking so you´ll be able to do one 5k and one 10k, right? Not in order to make your streak a 5+10 one? I assume? I get confused :p
 
I'm increasing my distance incrementally to hit a 5 and 10K this weekend. No idea about the day after. I might do a minimum day or two and start ramping to a bigger goal. 10 and 20K? I've got field work 3 days straight ahead of me so this is going to hurt a bit as is.

And, remember a while back when I told you that something you said was the manliest thing ever? Well, add carving a RAVEN SKULL to that list.
 
So I did a shit job of coming back last month. Thanks for the love and laughs though! Apocalypse Now speech adapted to megapizza was well done.

It's all about the short-term goals. The first two to weigh and post are done. Next are dip into the 270s and post again tomorrow.
No work done on the skull carving. I've been carving bowls instead. I'll get a pic or two.

280.6 and I'm still riding my bike and running every day, but I have not been ramping up the mileage.

It's lovely to hear from both of you.

I've been dealing with complicated family stuff that came up Tuesady. I'm making a tiny bit of progress with exercise and eating. My weights about the same, but making the habit of weighing regularly is a good thing.
 
Any progress is good Q & weighing regularly is essential for me too now, otherwise, I can be in denial. It's nice having you here again. Now, where's MrVee? xo

I got back to the 270s this morning. The short-term goal is just to stay in the 270s for 3 consecutive weigh-ins. I'll pick a new goal at that point.

Yesterday was day 261 of the runstreak and day 138 of the bikestreak. I ran 1.5 miles and biked 2.25 miles. I'm back to ramping up the mileage little by little.

I had a good weekend food and exercise wise. I'm staying in the 270s so my next short-term goal is to get below 275.

I've also remembered to weigh each day which is a necessary habit for me.
 
Family stuff definitely makes staying focused a little more difficult, but you're a strong-willed guy...you can do it. I mean, you've shown ridiculous focus and willpower through your streaks which, as LaMa says, it's just straight up impressive.

Denial and apathy are bad guests. I am - as usual - impressed by your streaking.

I, too, am impressed by his streaking performance.

I'm not doing to well. I'm on more medicines and I have a couple more tests scheduled. They don't know what is wrong. Posting will be sporadic.
