Hi all

I weigh in this morning it's 74 k.
I's been a month now I'm cutting out sugar and white flour. Feeling better but still no changes at body shape level

Trying to love working out ^^
 
Feeling better is a great start! Do you track your calories, by the way? Cutting out sugar sounds good to me but if you're subconsciously swapping the sugar calories out with something else you won't lose weight.
 
I try to track my calories but not very well informed in this area. Read lots about it but still kinda confusing to me. Don't know how much calories I need daily to lose weight. Currently I'm 74 k.
 
It depends a bit on your age, how much you weigh and how tall and active you are but the difference really isn´t that great. An average grown woman needs around 2000 kcal a day but since you´re short and not active you´d probably be keeping your weight stable with 1600-1700 kcal/day. That´s not a lot! So... you´d probably have to eat under 1400 kcal/day to be losing weight noticeably. That´s really not a lot and makes it relatively hard to incorporate all the vitamins, minerals and basic nutrients your body needs to look hot when you reach goal weight. Or you can up your exercise a bit ;) Ten minutes of walking, three times a day, is really not a lot and it definitely helps!
 
This early evening I did a test for PCOS and the gynecologist assured me that I don't have it. I'm happy :)

Also, I did some hormones tests like Prolactin, Testosterone, TSH, T4, T3 and a random blood sugar level. . I will go see result on Saturday.

I hope everything will be OK. Because the gynecologist suspects that my hormones are messed up.

For some reason I can't go down but at least I'm not gaining more weight.

Still trying...
 
LaMa's suggestion of walking is a good one thinkbig. Just try moving a bit more each day. Baby steps do add up.

I weigh 72.7 K . Finally, I start losing weight again, after facing weight loss plateau.

Didn't check the results of my hormones tests yet, but will try this week.

Looking forward to my winter vacation which starts on 29 Jan.

Sill can't see big changes at level of my belly though. Anyways, going on with my plan and I hope it eventually helps me to get rid of that pot belly.
 
How's it going? I'm still quite early on in my weight loss and I feel you on the belly fat issue! I've nicknamed it 'the pouch'. Anyway, hope it's going or starting well of you've had to have a break!

Hi .... Everything is ok :) and thanks for the encouragement.

I'm 62.3 k now. My belly reduced a lot .. but still need it to be reduced more and more.

Wish u the best on your weight loss journey. Don't give up, belly fat stubborn and it takes time to go but it will go eventually .. trust me for that. It took me like 5 months to start seeing results on that area but it's worth the effort.

Alhamdulliah I'm so happy with the result.

Looking back at my written progress diary, I've lost in 5 months and half 12 kilos. Approximately half a kilo each week.
