I'm just now catching your journal so I feel a little behind, but from what I've read it seems like you're on the right track. Even better, it's an honest track. I've seen that you have your days where you don't eat as well as you'd like and seem to have no problem admitting that - not just to us, but to yourself. That's huge when it comes to losing weight - you have to be honest about it. So far, so good.

Day 45
Yesterday turned out well thanks to some self control
I had to go to the shops to buy some veggies and managed to resist the chips/chocolate/biscuits
So because I went to bed a little hungry I dreamt I looked in the mirror and my face had slimmed down.
This was not the case when I woke up and checked in the mirror haha but it will come...maybe after another 100 days
Still feeling positive because I know this is "the time" for me. Im not going to give up until Im healthy and then there will be another challenge of maintenance.
Hard to wrap my head around the fact that its going to take a lifelong commitment to be healthy which is why creating good habits is so important

Today will be fantastic

Pretty sure he's flogging a dead horse. Some dreams really do come true so keep fighting the good fight!
 
Day 46
Yesterday was really good- I ate really well. Today is a busy day and ill be away the next 2 days- will still come on here if I can find free wifi somewhere. I do love reading everyones diaries but have been too busy and have actually been moving more so less time on the internet.
Aim for while Im away
Dont go nuts at restaurant! And
Go for some nice walks
 
Day 47
About to leave for my trip. Looking forward to relaxing. One rule I know I have to give myself before I go- no soft drink or alcohol but I will let myself have a nice dinner- might use it as my treat meal for this week instead of Sunday

Yesterday and today have good. Trip not as relaxing as I thought it would be but oh well. Interested to see how weigh in goes on Sunday... I think my portion sizes are getting smaller.. I seem to feel satisfied from less so hopefully thats made a difference

Smaller portion sizes is great progress, well done !
 
That's good that you are managing on smaller portion sizes. Almost everyone I know just eats too much. Plates have got bigger & bigger over the years. Hope you're enjoying the weekend Katy xo PS Guess what? It's raining again here!
 
Day 50
Weigh in today- same as last week 75kg. I have to say Im a little surprised definitely thought I would be down at least half a kg this week. Anyways not letting it get me down, as long as its not going up! Ill keep plodding along until I get there. Overall this has been a good learning experience for me... I have changed some habits and changed my perception on food and I no longer feel guilty when I occassionally eat something special.
I still think I will be feeling and looking absolutely amazing by the end of this year
