I suppose I should jump right into this: I'm a 25 year old female, 5'8" and about 145-150 lbs. I've slowly lost about 25-30 lbs. (started at 180 lbs) by exercising and eating healthily over the past five years.
It's been a difficult year to say the least - family and work issues, health problems, depression, et cetera. Things have gotten back under control, but the healthy habits that I had spent a long time building have disappeared. I was supposed to get back into the swing of things this week but of course I had a bag of chips tonight, bingeing due to the stress of not eating well or getting my workouts in earlier this week (makes sense right?).
I'm not here to complain. I want to get back into control and take accountability for my actions.
Here's a few Q&A's:
1. How much do you want to lose? Between 6-10 lbs. I don't have a scale so this might not be helpful! I'll be using pictures.
2. What is the timeframe for your goals? December.
3. How do I want to accomplish this goal? Balanced eating, running, and weight training.
4. Who or what can support you in reaching this goal? You guys - maybe. I've tried using my SO, but he isn't that great at supporting me when he wants to eat junk food
He's one of those people that has a hollow leg.
4. How realistic is your goal? I think losing 6 lbs by December is reasonable, but 10 might be reaching too far.
5. When will you start? Tomorrow. Why start any other day?
