Phil's Weight Loss Self-Challenge - A daily videoblog

Hello everyone. I decided to challenge myself and lose weight once and for all.

Today is Day 0, meaning that I haven't started the challenge yet, but now I'm going to bed and start my very first day of healthy food tomorrow.

Here is the intro to my story and my solemn oath to lose at least 15 kilos by the 31st of December 2016:

Starting tomorrow, I will be doing a mandatory daily video with an update, sharing my progress and thoughts about losing weight and leading a healthy lifestyle.

There will be no excuses for not following the guidelines I set for myself and for not uploading the video. This is my number one priority and I cannot but succeed. Wish me luck and ignore my posts and videos here if you find them too wordy or follow my weight loss story, which would make me even happier.

Hi Phil, I won't be able to follow your videos as my data will disappear. A precis of your day I will follow, though, if you have the time to do that as well. Cheers, Cate
 
For me, a written account simply costs a LOT less time to read than watching a video does. One thing: you shouldn´t have to tell your parents that you´re on a diet. They know perfectly well that you´re overweight, and could offer you (and any other guests) a healthy option as well. Revolutionary, I know...
