From alpha testing to the QUERCUS 200

Not on purpose Cate.

The streak is still alive Stacy.

I think tonight will be an indicator as to whether I keep going. Yesterday was better than Saturday but still not much fun. I have chest congestion and I didn't sleep well so I feel crummy on multiple levels today. I could still be asleep if I wasn't at work.

Happy Easter to you and yours

Happy Easter Polly!

Thanks Cate, Oaks, and Cory!

The back feels better but running hard aggravates it. My allergies flared up and now I have head and chest congestion which also bothers my stomach.

I'm still running a slow mile each day. Hopefully I can shake this soon. I'm happy my back feels better and I just have to keep being patient with it. The lungs are slowing me down for the moment.

The allergy stuff probably isn't helping the inflammation stuff in your back, so right now even slow improvement is a big achievement. Take care :grouphug:

Thanks LaMa! The congestion is starting to break up.

I'm going to start a new allergy medicine tonight and maybe that will make a difference. I've paid no attention to weight or calories for a while now. It may be a few days still until I muster the courage to get on the scale. I just want to feel well again. It's been too long.

I hope the new allergy medicine helps Q. Allergies suck! Sending you some great big hugs :grouphug: xoxo

Thanks Cate!

The allergies are kicking my butt in a big way. I've had to sleep in the recliner the last three nights. I choke and cough when I lay down. This hasn't done my back any favors.

I didn't do anything this weekend to help my diet. Today I got on the scale and I'm counting calories. I'm trying. The streak lives. I've been running with a wet bandana over mouth and nose and otherwise staying inside.

Q- one of the things I like about you is your sheer determination. Allergies bloody suck & so does having a bad back! You don't give up & that is something to admire! xo

I hate allergies. Fortunately I only have really bad ones maybe once a year. I suppose Arizona helps a bit in that regard.

Just look out for yourself until you feel like you're back up to par. Once you get your energy back you can tackle the diet again.

Thank you LaMa!
Thank you Cate!
Thank you Vee!

I got to sleep laying down in the bed last night which made me feel much better. My back felt more sore than twingey on my run last night and feels less stiff this morning. I did great with food until I sat down with a jar of peanuts.

Feeling better and slept well. Rain today should give us a break from the pollen. Food and weight are better, but not great. The back feels more sore than weak if that makes any sense.

Sore sounds like something that will pass and can be built upon. Rain in spring is the best present! Here it´s unseasonally warm and although I´d like to go hiking I´m probably better of being confined to my apt.

Feeling better and slept well
That's good Q! Spring rain is lovely. We have hardly had any rain & we sure need it. Our water levels are incredibly low here in Tasmania & we depend on hydro power for our electricity. It is insane that we are not all being subsidised to have solar panels!Crazy world.
Hope your back gets better soon Q. Take care. Say hi to E from me please, xoxo

Glad you're feeling better. Also, I guess that's good news about the back? To my mind, sore is better than weak or outright pain.

Thanks LaMa, Cate, and Cory!

I'm feeling much better now! I haven't needed any medicine today other than antihistamines which are just the normal part of my life most of the year. The back is pretty good, but I'm trying to ramp up slowly to be safe. Now to get the diet back on track.

Wow! I've just read your posts from the last couple of months. Your determination is incredible!!! Soo impressed!!

Really glad things are looking up and that you're feeling better :)
