How much do we weigh?

A: 27stone 8.75lbs (175.43kg) and 5foot 9inches (175cm) tall.
B: 17stone 11.25lbs (113.06kg) and 6foot 1inches (185cm) tall.

What weight are we aiming for?

A: 14stone - 20stone
B: 14stone

What are we doing to lose weight?

Controlling portion sizes.
Eating more healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables.
Cutting out junk food such as takeaways (maybe having them once in a while).
Sticking to meal times and having 3 meals a day.
Snacking on healthy foods instead of junk foods.
Making an effort to eat in the kitchen, away from TVs and couches.
Attempting to exercise when able (will focus more on this as time goes on - we are rennovating a room for exercise purposes).
Keeping a weight loss diary and updating it regulary including every day.
 
Welcome to the forum your Highness! Interesting set-up to do a double diary; it´s always awesome to have someone make the journey with you. All the best and I´ll be looking forward to seeing how you guys progress.

BREAKFAST:
A: Small bowl of cornflakes
B: Small bowl of cornflakes

LUNCH:
A: Tuna Sandwiches
B: Tuna and cucumber sandwiches with extra tuna and cucumber

DINNER:
A: Risotto with spinach, tomatoes, chorizo, onion and sweet pepper with parmisan
B: Risotto with spinach, tomatoes, chorizo, onion and sweet pepper with parmisan

SNACKS:
A: 2 packs of Snack-A-Jacks
B: 2 packs of Snack-A-Jacks and a single Lotus coffee biscuit. + 1 Bannana

BREAKFAST:
A: Cornflakes
B: Cornflakes

LUNCH:
A: Tomato soup with around 250g of red leicester and pumpkin seed bread
B: Brocolli and stilton soup with around 250g of red leicester and pumpkin seed bread

DINNER:
A: Pasta with a tomato based, spinach, carrot, onion and turkey mince sauce.
B: Pasta with a tomato based, spinach, carrot, onion and turkey mince sauce.

SNACKS:
A: Tomato salad with a small amount of feta cheese and salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar.
B: Lettuce salad with olive oil, salt and balsamic vinegar. + Bannana.
 
Seems like you guys have a good game plan to start with. I think one of the hardest things when starting a weight loss journey is finding a plan that works for you. Some people, like myself, tend to go nuts and overdo it, but I've learned over the years that making small, realistically obtainable goals is what works the best. For instance, setting the goal for yourselves to eat three healthy meals per day is an excellent goal - it's realistic and something you can definitely accomplish. And, so far so good, right? You guys are doing good.

Oh, and please keep in mind that the title of your journal gives you the perfect opportunity to make a horribly good/bad joke when someone comes in here and starts running their mouth, saying a bunch of crap you don't want to hear.
