Hi...
So after browsing through the site...I have decided to start my diary as well...hopefully it will help (fingers crossed) as i have started the Process many times but I can never seem to continue..
Also I am lazy and I hate Exercise (Problem 1) .
I can easily continue eating healthy till evening but then the real struggle starts, I dont know why but I crave high calorie food and sweets after the evening and get very angry generally if i go hungry or donot eat what i want then (Problem 2)..
I am writing the Diary now although the day is not over bcoz otherwise i might mess it up in the evening and start the process altogether next Monday...(i hope it doesnt happen)..
So,
I currently weight 187 Lbs ,
Target Weight : 125 Lbs in 8 Months i.e (To lose 62 Lbs by December'16)
Also i am a Vegeterian and dont eat Eggs either.
DAY 1
It is just 3.30 pm but I am posting in the Diary anyways...
I have started the Day with a glass of water with half lemon,
For Breakfast I had 1 cup of Tea with 1tbsp Sugar & Milk, and 1 Wheat Flour Naan with Little butter.
at around 12.00 I had 75 gm of low calorie Biscuit,
For lunch i had 1/2 cup cooked Pulses and 1/2 cup yogurt.
Still no exercise done...hoping to start Today....
I hope to continue writing daily
