Daily Ab Workout

Should be treated as any other muscle in my opinion.

What are your goals? You want a lean torso? Thousands of ab exercises wont do it for you underneath a layer of extra tissue: but the deficit diet will.

List your goals.

and,

ROCK ON!

No. If you want to see your abs, you need to diet.
If you want to strengthen your abs you need to treat it like any other muscle. Work them hard on day 1 to tear a few muscle fibers. Use days 2 and maybe 3 to let them repair and increase in size. There's nothing special about them that will allow you to constantly strain them without rest.

Yes

yes and no. your abs need rest too but it depends on how intense your ab training is. If your doing 3 sets for abs and doing 15 reps you could to upper and lower abs one day, obliques and transverse abdominis (isometric holds) the other day. your endurance muscle fibers dont need rest like your bulky ones

I disagree. A muscle is a muscle. Whether your goal is strength or weight loss, you need recovery for maximum results. Can you improve if you do these exercises everyday? Of course. But it won't be nearly as effective as if you take a little time to rest.

And if your training is at a low intensity, you need to increase it. Just my 2 cents.
