I am here...because I need to get back on track. I joined forum 5 years ago and also lost weight....then work and general commotion took priority. I need place to think and reflect on how am I progressing towards my wellness goals.
So to begin about me
Plan
Exercise: 30 min walk per day (then will try to add cardio)
Food: Vegetarian, will try to limit refined food, chocolates, and eating too much of sugar/salt
So today is stock up day. I will go get stuff for vegetables and also think of a meal plan for the coming week
Plus I need to clean up the house...get things a bit organised so I don't go off beat during the week.

- I am Saks, 33 years old, women, married, working and one kid
- I am 5 feet tall and I don't know how much I way right now. Weigh day is tomm.
- I can say that I am not very overweight....it will be 10-12 pounds more than ideal weight. I don't want to add more. Need to reduce
- I often feel tired. I have low haemoglobin and at times low BP and low sugar. Also have a history of urticaria. I am not into diet...I will be looking at balanced foods
- Right now I am suffering from pimples...I think better food will help a lot
