This guy is the cutting master

wow 3 multivitamins a day?
that cant be good for you in the long run

Why not? Please explain.

Why not? Please explain.

Well the majority of off the shelf Multivitamins contain 100% of your RDI, or extremely close to 100%.
So if you are taking 3 a day then you are theoretically overdosing.
Lots of people tend to think the more the merrier when it comes ti vitamins and minerals, but it can cause liver damage, hair loss, headaches, stomachaches and even deregulate your immune system.
Vitamin C overdosing can even cause you to go completely numb and struggle to walk, but usually requires a massive overdose.

If he had a bottle a day then yeah he'd probably suffer the side effect, but 3 a day certainly isn't going to do that. He'll just p iss out what he doesn't use

No your right, 3 a day probably won't produce any of the side effects throughout his 4 week cut, but if he continued to take that many for several months it could. Most of the overdosing only occurs at about 600% RDI.
But there is a reason why Centrum and over multivitamins say "Take 1 a day" and have little warnings on the label telling you to consult a doctor at 400-600% RDI.

But back on topic, what the guy did was nothing short of amazing and I don't see why people are doubting it. It takes a hell of a lot of determination and damn good genetics but it's possible, but hands down that is one amazing cut whether it took 1 month or 2.

Impressive physique.

You see some crazy shi%t like this with PSMF. If you want to go extreme, I think that's the best way to minimize muscle loss.

It looks like the same guy to me, just by examining the hands and feet I'd say they are either the same man or twins

Before and after pics show the same scar or birthmark on his right wrist. Either it's the same guy or the fake is extremely thorough.

...as far as the vitamins, I don't think 3 a day would harm him. Some of the daily vitamin pack have a lot more than 300% of many vitamins. I take 1 multi and a 1000 mg vitamin c which is something like 1600%. There are many doubters to the usefulness of this, but all I know is I haven't been sick since I started it.

Did anyone ever think that he might of done the diet/exercise longer, showed a newspaper 30 days older than the first one, and then claimed he did it all in 30 days? Just my opinion...

yes. Because no one can really read the dates of the newspapers. However, it may be the case that he did it legitimately and released the photos on the day the newspapers came out.

I seen this guys photos in Men's Fitness magazine. He is in an ad for lipo-6 or something like that, claiming to have lost the weight by taking that stuff. His name is Kaden something, I think hes Japanese.

I'm not saying it isn't real. It seems do-able to me, but when people can do things this realistic on photoshop how easily could they make a blured face with a buff body.

lol. this guys actually in magazines and stuff.

Photoshop is powerful though. This guy at school said he could take a fat guy on photoshop and make him ripped.

I think this is an example of how barriers to progress exist only in the mind. This guy obviously bulked hardcore, high cals, gained the fat but underneath the muscle was building him into freaking hyper metabolism machine.

When he went to cut, his metabolism was so able that it just ripped through the fat - provided the diet was hard-core. This guy must have stuck to his diet like glue. Why does one need to compromise - each bite is a step closer or a step further away - its all in the mind.

Maximum respect goes out to those who bulk hard and cut hard. It is the only way..................IMO

He's going on the wall...
