Body Buildup

Hey people,

I'm a 13 year old, 110lb, and I can tell you my height is a bit taller than average. I want to build my muscles up, for the chicks of course. :yelrotflmao:But I'm a fitness newb, so can anyone recommend exercises/activities I should do?

I'd suggest you take a look at this thread:

There's some helpful information/links in there to get you started.
Before you start lifting I'd suggest you take the time to learn and do some revision about general stuff like proper diet, muscle composition, different types of exercises etc. Just be careful what you read because this is the internet, and a lot of the information you come across could well be unproven bs basically.

Take the time to learn, and start off slow and you should be alright!
