I was thinking, where I live is kinda rough and I don't trust walking around where I live because of what happens daily, so I am looking for excersises to aid in fat loss I can do at home.
Can you get the same results as you would be doing the walking motions while laid on your back? or maybe not as good but will it help? I mean laying flat on my back, putting my legs in the air and moving them up and down like i'm walking (sometimes straighten them out because it seems effective and really tiring). Also moving my arms, will this help at all in aiding fat loss? (assuming my diet is sorted and effective)
EDIT: oooo another quick question, I have quite a bit of fat around my stomach covering my abs so I cannot see them. If I do ab excersises (like crunches) often will it still make a difference for when the fat around my stomch has gone?
Thanks in advance!!!
