New guy here<<<How's this workout look like?

Hello ,I'm new to this working out stuff and I would like some help from you guys.I've been working out for about 4 to 5 weeks with a friend of mine but we haven't been doing any leg excersices.I found this workout routine and would like your opinion.

3 Days A Week Full Body Routine:
(Perform on 3 non-consecutive days such as Mon/Wed/Fri)

75 Degree Incline DB Bench Press
DB Bench Press
One Arm Rows
DB Pullovers
Bent Over Lateral Raises
DB Upright Rows
Dumbbell Curls
Overhead Triceps Extensions
Leg Extensions
DB Squats
DB Lunges (Press with heels)
Lying Leg Curls
Calf Raises

The fact that that list was too long for me to read through within 2 seconds is an indicator that there is too much volume. Even then, the back should be worked just as much as the chest, I don't tihnk I see any pullups or anything like BO rows to work the back.

Most importantly, the legs must be worked with real exercises like deadlift/squat. Leg machines are all bad. (I don't know about bad, but definitely far less effective than deadlift/squat)

As a general rule, you would have a squat/deadlift, horizontal pull/push, vertical pull/push, and unilateral leg exercise. Some also like to split up horizontals and verticals.

I think if you switched between doing these three workouts you'll see excellent results.

Workout B
Deadlift
Shoulder press
Bentover Row
Dips
Pullups
Stepups

Workout C
front squat
Incline dumbbell chest press
upright rows
dips
pullups
bulg split squats
 
Thanks for the reply and your routine got good responses from the other users so it looks good.The only problem for me would be the pull ups, I can barely do 5 reps.
