Which excercises should i do to get more powerful punchs and which muscles should be developed ?
 
Mmmmm.

In boxing, practically every muscle is used. When throwing a bunch, every muscle should be utilised. The power doesn't come from any specific muscle or even muscle group - but from your whole body - and that is what makes it very hard (that is, what makes the punch hard :D)

So the answer is, do a full-body workout =/
Technique is also important, so maybe you want to find some boxing articles, and teach yourself the proper technique.
I cannot overemphasize the importance of leg and core strength when throwing punches, providing you know the proper technique.

You may also wish to purchase a bunching bag, and practise on that :)

For heavy punching, you need explosive strength, so I'd recommend things like clap-pushups, which are especially effective for this.
 
Don't quote me on this, but I've heard that legs and back with technique are the keys to a powerful punch. I've also heard that, certain individuals are just genetically made up with power for that. It was said that Mike Tyson was knocking out grown men and 12-13 years old, without knowing any proper techniques. There are some very good martial arts forums that go into this subject in depth.

good advice look into different plyometric exercises with the med balls
and it all originates from your hips (core)
or things like single arm db bench press(not alternating one at a time) - forces your core to stabilize in a sport specific way
