I'm curious to get the ladies opinion on men's body hair. Do you ladies prefer "natural" body hair, "trimmed" body hair, or shaved clean? Be as specific as you want. Chest, abs, arm pits, legs, etc. Thanks for all your input.

Ok, I prefer men to be naturally without hair. I don't like men that spend more time shaving then I do (just to clarify, I shave in all the right places), but I don't like cavemen either. I don't mind leg hair, underarm hair, and a little bit of chest and stomach hair, but when you have back hair, that's where I draw the line. Oh, and I definitely prefer a clean shaven face (stubble hurts, beards remind me of lumberjacks, and I just don't really like sideburns and gotees).

Definitely trimmed and groomed, but not bald all over.

Eliminate the back/nose/ear
Trim the nether regions
Leave the legs/underarms alone
Leave chest/stomach/arms alone (unless excessively hairy)

and please, unless you are in actual bodybuilding competitions, do not shave your legs.

I prefer men with natural body hair. I don't know, it just seems more masculine, and I tend to like more masculine men. Since the whole clean shaven thing is more of a feminine trait, (women are expected to shave their legs and underarms), it just seems weird to see a man with no body hair. Although, I know it's the norm for male models and body builders. I agree with the stubble comment, I don't like that. I also prefer men not to have a beard. I like to be able to see their faces, that's the main reason.

That's funny deschain. My roommate about 10 years ago fancied himself a bodybuilder. He actually did get pretty good size, but he ate terribly, was always "puffed" up, and never actually competed. Despite all this he thought it necessary to keep his pudgy body shaved all the time. I never understood that either.

FWIW...

Shaving underarm hair elliminates or extremely cuts down on the following:

Odor, sweating, and caught pieces of deodorant

2 things.

1.) my dh has freakishly little B.O. (I've actually seen him forget to wear deod. and still smell fine - even in the TX heat) - plenty of guys smell just fine with proper hygeine without shaving like a woman

2.) Evo - if that pic is really you - you can shave whatever you want, honey.

Well, said Deschain :D

My two cents pretty much agrees with descahin, spicypumpkin and Spud. Hair where it belongs on a man (underarms, chest/stomach, legs and arms) is ok as long as it's not out of control. Back hair needs to go and nether region could be trimmed.

And for goodnes sakes guys leave your eyebrows alone!

It's me. Shaved underarms make me feel seksi. And thanks.:)

Doesn't spikey shaved underarm hair get itchy and irritable? I would deffinately wax my underarms if was to remove the hair from that area...Just thinking about my underarms the day after shaving them makes me uncomfortable.

Actually, strangely enough, it never feels "stubbly" like my face a day after shaving or itchy like the chest or legs the day or few days after shaving. The underarm hair doesn't seem to grow back very fast and typically only takes a few swipes of the razor every 3 or 4 days.

I thought the same thing though and was pleasantly surprised because the rest of my body gets itchy, stubbly, and spikey if I shave it.

I'm not sure about waxing the underarms though...that seems like a sensitive area. I think the pain endured from waxing the back and shoulders is enough for me.

dang,,, dumb dumb dumb!!!! may as well post too. hahahaha

Oh damn, FF I didn't even know this was for ladies to vote on either! I was stupid for doing it but now that you made me aware I also FEEL stupid haha.
