1. Most trainers assume that personal training is easy.
2. Most trainers spend too much money on advertising and educational products.
3. Finaly - most trainers thing that certifications are the key. No! College Degree is what you want.

Aren't you that guy that spams threads about top mistakes or whatever? Like you made one about lifting. In which you related the concept of muscles adapting to excersize to laws of physics (like newton's laws of motion). Didn't you also say that supplements like whey protein contain some of the worst chemicals on planet earth? and that since they're made in China they must be bad?

Wasn't your last thread deleted?

I think it might be a different guy plugging the same website. Or maybe it is the same guy with a new user name. What a pain in the ass. Seriously what use is that info above to anyone? Its just common sense. Thats why no one asks questions on it.

I have not seen that post, so I cannot comment. However, why do you thing that would be ridiculous? Muscles exist in the physical universe, and as such, are subject to the laws of physics.

Well, I might be wrong but I always figured laws of physics were just the three laws of motion, conservation of momentum, inertia, gravity, etc. I figured while it relates to muscles (like the weights having inertia, gravity, etc.) I figured that the growth of muscles was more biochemistry.

To be honest, it doesn't really matter, this guy just pisses me off.

And no to the OP, I don't have female boobs.
