I'm sort of confused on what you mean. Are you saying that you're living at the same house/room, and over the years you found that you sweat more easily? Or are you saying that you moved to a new house and now you realize that you sweat more easily?
If it is the latter, then it probably means the environment changed for you and it wasn't as hot as it used to be. It would be like taking someone from Alaska, and moving them to some jungle in South America... they'll probably die from the heat and sweating.
If it is the former, then it probably means you gained weight and now you are having trouble with your body adjusting. Of course, older you are, the harder it is for your body to maintain itself. Every time there is a heat wave, you always hear about the elderly dying from heat strokes... probably because they live in a room that’s 100+ degrees without turning on the ac.
But all in all, I think it comes down to genetics. Some people sweat more than others and weight really has nothing to do with it. You could weigh a 1000 pounds and you won't sweat in some room, but you could be 110 pounds and look like a waterfall.
