My calorie intake should be...?

every one here seems to have a set calorie intake set thingy!!! i need one and with out it i feel like i aint doing enuf lol. the problem is i dont know how much calories all the food i eat is and what my intake should be.

here is some info

sex=Male

Weight=59kg

hight=184cm

age=16.8

And here is what i ate today

Morning=toast with vegimite/apple at about 9

went to the gym

got home and had oats with banana and honey at about 10:30

At 12 i had bread with tuna/egg

at about 3 or 4 i will have some white rice with some grilled chicken thigh and some sweet chili sauce

find some sort of healthy snack...e.g some nuts and mayby another apple

then dinner between 7-9 which is usualy 70% veggies 30% meat

any way wtf should my calorie intake be lol ?
 
really my food sucks ??? and yeah im trying to bulk got no fat at all
 
So for bulking u plus 500 cal to your normal intake ? i guess thats right ? so acording to this calculator i should be having 3368 cals per day. hmmmm ok but how do i keep track of the cals in everything i eat during the day ? i need some sort of weigher for my food ?
 
I see things on cereal packets that say men should be eating 2500 calories per day.
And women 2000 calories per day.
I don't think this sounds right but it must be.
 
you cannot really say what someones total caloreis should be, it could change from day to day,depending on your activity levels your weight etc,
also if your 4st overweight at 14st do you work out your cals based on your present weight 14st, or on the weight you want to be 10st,better to work it out at 10st because that is the weight you want to maintane in the future so start eating at that level now.
IMO for fat loss the best thing is to eat a healthy diet after 2wks if you havnt lost weight drop cals, if you have carry on untill you stop losing then drop again untill you reach your goals.
and that goes for bulking also just add cals instead of taking them of.

Those are just very broad estimations, pay no attention to them.
