every one here seems to have a set calorie intake set thingy!!! i need one and with out it i feel like i aint doing enuf lol. the problem is i dont know how much calories all the food i eat is and what my intake should be.
here is some info
sex=Male
Weight=59kg
hight=184cm
age=16.8
And here is what i ate today
Morning=toast with vegimite/apple at about 9
went to the gym
got home and had oats with banana and honey at about 10:30
At 12 i had bread with tuna/egg
at about 3 or 4 i will have some white rice with some grilled chicken thigh and some sweet chili sauce
find some sort of healthy snack...e.g some nuts and mayby another apple
then dinner between 7-9 which is usualy 70% veggies 30% meat
