yet another problem hindering me from really jumping 100% in my newly created fitness routine 
i dont think i sprained my ankles or jump off of anything high, i have just recently gotten active after 6 months of doing nothing
im only 21 so i doubt its arthritis
i just bought some new running shoes and it is much WORST because my older ones had a bit of support for my ankles (but were not running shoes)
Does anyone else have a clue what this may be, and what i should do to heal them?
