I was at the gym today.
The squat rack is unreliable/broken.
So I do alternative leg exercises. Lunges, single legged dumbell squats etc.
I wondered if dumbell step ups are any good? - Stepping up onto the average size chair with dumbell in each hand.
Or are they a bad movement.
