On a similar note, is there any way to naturally boost testosterone? Mine is bottomed out, and I've got the blood tests to prove it. I'm like at 223. The problem seems to be that my LH levels are low, which is the hormone made by the pituitary that signals testosterone production. I had an MRI done yesterday to rule out a tumor, but it came back normal. Too much sex/whacking can't be the issue, it's all I can do to do that twice a week due to no interest. I'm getting plenty of exercise, but I don't think I'm over-training. My diet is well balanced. I did lose some weight this winter, but nothing extreme, and I'm not losing anymore. I got down far enough that my abs are pretty defined though. I just don't know what to do, I don't know why it would be low, especially due to the low LH levels if its not a tumor.
