ok, I used one of those calorie calculator sites.. I don't understand it though. One of them told me to
Eat 1697.85 Calories/day, so anyways do I subtract 500 from that to lose weight/to get abs?
heres my information: i'm 18, 5'7" and about 145 pounds, I want to be a 130 pounds and get my abs by losing weight because they are covered up with fat on my lower belly. I do eat good, but how do I know that I am burning more calories than I'm consuming? I run the track 3X a week and HIIT once a week. I read all of the stickies, and last week was the week I started eating healthy and cardiovascular excercise. I want atleast 8% body fat so.
