Hello, I would really like to hear some advice or a question I have. What should I use as a post workout drink? I am 33 years old 5'9 and 238 lbs. I am trying to get in shape and be healthy. My goals is to get down to 200 lbs at least. I don't want to be a huge body builder just cut and in shape. I do full body workout 3 days a week and jog/walk 3 days a week. Not the best at running yet so I am doing a timed walk/run program and building up to it. it last 30 minutes each time.
My diet is getting much better thanks to all the nutrition post I have been reading and i am taking in around 1200 calories a day and never over 1500. So please let me know what else I need to do becuase I am learning as I go and there is much to learn. Thank you all
